Gorgeous family caravan. In very good condition considering its age (built 1997) Selling due to family all grown up so we are buying a 2 berth. It is a lightweight 17ft, 4 berth caravan weighing 937 kilos. The seats at the front turn into a large comfy double or 2 nice long single beds. It has 2 side seats with a central table which easily turns into a single bed and there is a swing-up bunk bed above that. The upholstery is in good condition and has been kept nice and clean and well aired. The kitchen comprises of fridge (with ice box), sink with hot and cold water plus oven with grill, and hob, all in good working order. At the rear end of the van is a bathroom and changing area with a decent sized wardrobe and storage underneath. This area can very easily be transformed into a nifty changing room (extremely convenient for privacy when all the blinds are open). The bathroom has a cassette toilet, sink and shower with hot and cold water, all in great working order as we have just replaced the tap/shower head with a brand new one. Again this has always been kept nice and clean, no smells. Loads of shelves and a vanity unit included with built in lighting. All the windows have fly screens and blackout blinds. There is so much storage in this caravan, you will honestly find it a challenge to fill all the cupboards! The awning is nice and big, very spacious and in very good condition, complete with 2 sets of curtains, a breathable ground sheet, an annex bedroom with an inner double tent. There is a 230 volt socket built into the side of the van behind a waterproof cover enabling electric inside the awning if required (ie nightlight). Included in the sale is a full calor gas bottle, electric hook up cable, hitch lock, waste carrier and water container. Water pump etc all included in working order and ready to go. There are a few problems, as with all vans of this age, The external water pump cover works but could do with replacing (an easy fix). The previous owners had a gas bbq a bit close to the front near side and this caused a few ripples which aren't that noticeable but you may see them in the pictures. This has not caused us any problems at all with water or damp, the van is completely dry. The battery will need replacing. We have owned this caravan for 9 years and have had no problems with it. 2 brand new tyres fitted late last season, only done 300 miles on them.
